I paid for my son to go here a few times after he was T boned in his truck by an SUV running a red light.The first two times were fine, before scheduling the third visit he told them on the phone that his insurance had just changed and gave them the details on the new card, they proceeded to tell him they verified it and that he was still covered for the visit. Upon arrival he paid his 40 co-pay. Six months later he received a letter from a collection agency and a 270 bill to include their fees and non covered visit. This is unconscionable! Why was he lied to? He is a poor medical school student who can barely afford to make ends meet. What a dishonest way for Foothills to get business.

I went there for a back injury. You see the actual PT for 10min then spend the rest of the visit with the PT techs who are 20ish year old college students that are more interested in checking Instagram than facilitating a workout. Furthermore I was told my last visit was covered by my insurance and then after paying my usual co-pay I received a 300 bill. I would try somewhere else, there are a lot of better options in the area

I was thinking of sending my husband here for hip surgery rehab, but it seems as though the people that work there do not have good customer service. 1st the person that answered the phone did it so fast that I could not hear the name of the business and then she put me on hold as fast, like a Chinese restaurant you called for take out! Then she gets on the phone and ask about scheduling, but the doctor had not given us any information on scheduling they said to call and set it up. She said let me see what the protocol is... she never came back to the phone.. NEVER... I hung up after 17 minutes of holding. So if you can't figure simple scheduling things and proper phone call etiquette then why would I in trust my husbands rehab cate there? My 1st impression left a really bad taste in my month and I am super big on customer service. She had plenty of time to come back on the phone and say she was still trying to find it out.. but no..she never came back...17 minutes...I will be looking for somewhere else and I will let the surgeon know what I experienced trying to set rehab up.

I have gone to these folks several times following surgeries and am always impressed with their courtesy, professionalism and expertise. I feel secure knowing they will help me and that I will be better and stronger when I finish a course of their treatment. I also appreciate their diligence in keeping their facility and equipment sanitized and their staff and patients protected during the Covid crisis. Well done, Foothills!
